Misson

In response to the Eldorado National Forest FEIS released in April of 2008, FOE has been created in order to insure that our trails, campsites and routes that are left in the inventory will be maintained in such a way, the public will continue to have access to them.

FOE is about conservation, not preservation!  National Forests were created for the public to use, not to "preserve".
